Are you in a long-distance relationship?

Being in a relationship is tricky when you live close to one another, but living apart and being in a long distance relationship is even harder. How do you maintain the same sense of connectivity as when you are together? That is the factor that defines many long-distance relationship break-ups’. Of course physical interaction is important but when both parties have accepted that it’s not the main thing on the agenda, what’s left? Well, it’s the means of communication differentiating feeling connected and feeling the void of the distance.
Seeing each other every couple of weeks or months can be heartbreaking sometimes and the occasional phone call never quite seems to do the trick. Lucky for us though, today, with the Internet being a major part of all our lives, it is easier to stay connected. But with all these different means of communication, is staying connected and actually feeling connected becoming the new obstacle?
So yeah, there is Skype and other ways to communicate by video chat, but the truth is, with today’s technology that’s not enough anymore. 6rounds gives couples a way to not only communicate online but also interact and really stay connected. The ability to watch movies together and see each-others reactions, play games in real time and something as simple as Facebooking together is a different level of connectivity that you just can’t get anywhere else. To be honest, 6rounds is not only giving couples a way to feel more connected to one another but it’s also challenging couples by allowing them to find new and creative ways to be romantic online.

I am currently in a long distance relationship with the love of my life. He means the world to me and I am confident that he shares the same feelings in return. We’ve been dating for 7 months now and he’s only been home from trade school for 1 of those months. This relationship is hard and it requires a lot of patience and even some tears. Despite all of the rough times we’ve faced together, in the end I know that the past 7 months have been by far the greatest of my life so far. I really do think this boy is the right one for me and I am willing to stick with him for the next year until he’s done school and can finally come home
